17:00 - 18:00 | Kirtan with Marnie Begin with the uplifting sounds of Kirtan—a beautiful, meditative chanting practice to ground and connect us all.
18:00 - 19:00 | Cacao & Essential Oils with Kara Open your heart with the warmth of ceremonial cacao and soothing essential oils, inviting serenity and a deep sense of peace.
19:00 - 20:00 | Sound Bath & Yoga Nidra with Natalie End the evening by immersing in a sound bath and Yoga Nidra to release, restore, and drift into deep relaxation.
We’ll provide fresh fruit and biscuits for light nourishment throughout the evening.

What is Yoga Nidra? Yoga Nidra literally means yogic sleep. It is an ancient technique where the practitioner enters the deep states of conscious relaxation. During Yoga Nidra, you will enter a calming state for the mind and body through guided meditation where our senses, intellect, and mind relax.
The practice creates physical and mental activities that change brain waves to release emotional tension, slow down the nervous system, and allow the body to go into the healing state. Therefore, it is also said that one hour of yoga Nidra can give the same benefit of a four-hour sleep.
Yoga Nidra can be practiced by anyone. It holds immense benefits for all those who struggle to let go, those who suffer from lack of sleep, trauma, burn-out, and anxiety.
No need to bring a swimsuit along because there isn't any water (or actual bathing) involved at all. Instead, a crystal sound bath harnesses the reverberating sounds and vibrations of crystal bowls of all shapes and sizes, to lull you into a peaceful and mindful state of being.
While a sound bath is supposed to bring you into a deep state of meditation, you don't need experience in meditation to try it. Anyone can benefit from the calming effects.
